If there are issues with a trade and it cannot be properly cancelled or finished you can start a dispute. Dispute process

Please provide at least the following information:

  • Attach receipts and other evidence about the disputed transaction below. You can attach more evidence once the ticket is created.
  • Important: Please provide the link to the contact or the contact ID involved
  • Please provide the name of the trader as well
