Support: I want to report a fraudulent trade

Please include with your report:

  • Select the Trade ID from the dropdown menu
  • Attach proof of the fraud (e.g. screenshot of the chargeback, letter from your bank)
  • A detailed explanation of what happened
Write a request
The trade number is the large number on the top of the trade page.
Upload a related image e.g. a screenshot. To select multiple files, hold down the CTRL or SHIFT key while selecting. Only PNG and JPEG images are accepted.
