That means your account has been suspended. You won’t be able to make trades and use your wallet. Account can get suspended automatically, if our system notices any unusual activities from the profile, or LocalBitcoin support team manually flags it in case they have a good reason to suspect fraud or account hack.

In order to remove the block from your account, please, make sure you do not have any problematic issues with your prior trades. In case you find them, please, resolve them as soon as possible.

In some cases there might be a need to go through manual identification process and to send us following information:

-photo of your ID
-photo of you holding your ID
-recent utility bill with your name on it
