Login Guard verification has failed

The Login Guard verification has failed due to one of the following reasons.

1) The verification link was opened on a different computer.

Please make sure that you are opening the Login Guard link on the same device/computer that you used to enter your username and password.

If you open the link on a different device/computer it will not work.

2) The verification link has already been used.

You may have clicked an old Login Guard link by mistake. Please check that the link you clicked is from an email sent right after you logged in.

3) The login attempt was made by someone else.

If you did not log in to your account please contact support immediately as someone else knows your username and password.
