Please make sure that you are opening the Login Guard link on the same device/computer that you used to enter your username and password.
If you open the link on a different device/computer it will not work.
You may have clicked an old Login Guard link by mistake. Please check that the link you clicked is from an email sent right after you logged in.
If you did not log in to your account please contact support immediately as someone else knows your username and password.
