How to start a dispute.

If you have problems with a trade you should start a dispute. You can start a dispute by:
- Go to Dashboard.
- Click the trade you have problems with
- On the trade you have an option to start a dispute

You should attach all the relevant information to the admin through the dispute, since otherwise it cannot be guaranteed that the admin will find the relevant information. There is no need to open a ticket, if you just open a dispute.

Write a request
The trade number is the large number on the top of the trade page.
Upload a related image e.g. a screenshot. To select multiple files, hold down the CTRL or SHIFT key while selecting. Only PNG and JPEG images are accepted.
