Terms of trade with The_Bitcoin_Boy

I accept most credit and debit card’s from most countries. Offer open to most countries. I have the right to refuse based on the country you are purchasing from, which will be deemed by my risk assessment. African, Russian nations etc are not accepted due to high amounts of fraud previously, do not waste your time or mine.

If you are hiding behind a VPN, please make sure its set to the country your in. If you are hiding behind TOR, I will refuse to trade.

I only accept payments from the actual cardholder, do not use someone else’s card. Kids, do not use mummy or daddies card with out permission.

All transactions are processed through a verified, secure payment system. Once I have completed security checks and verified you, I will send you a link for you enter your card details and pay.

I require a photo of a hand written note next to your ID and payment card, for security and safety you can cover the first 12 digits of the the long number with a pen, paper of finger etc, but please show the last 4 digits of the card and your name clearly.

I also require a selfie of you holding your ID and payment card together.

If I suspect anything illegal or fraudulent about the transaction or feel uncomfortable with your behaviour, I have the right to refuse. You will need to cancel at my request, otherwise you will be reported.

Please never send me you card details, I do not manually process the transaction. I will send a link for you to pay.

Please do not mark as paid if you have not paid. If you do, you run the risk of me refusing the sale.

New users or users with low feedback and trade history please do not try and open a trade for a large amount, as you will likely be refused. I hold the right to refuse amount or frequency of trades based on your trade history and feedback.

Bitcoin shall be used for legal purposes, what you use your bitcoin for is your choice and responsibility. I do not condone the use of bitcoins for illegal and nefarious activities, and I will not be held responsible for what you choose to use your bitcoin for should you use for illegal and nefarious activities.

Any digital editing of photos sent to me will be considered fraud.

ANY FRAUDULENT, CHARGED BACK, OR REVERSED PAYMENTS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES. ANY FRAUDSTERS WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE, AND I WILL SEEK RECOVERY OR CRIMINAL CHARGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW IN BOTH CIVIL AND CRIMINAL COURTS
