The procedure is simple:

1. Enter the amount you wish to sell and fill out the other fields

2. Start the trade by clicking "Send trade request"

3. Choose "Release bitcoins" when you see our transfer on your bank account

It can take up to 2 working (business) days for the transfer to arrive, but it usually takes 1 working day or less.

We may not be able to immediately provide proof of payment for larger transfers since we may have to first aggregate the funds between our bank accounts internally.
